We are happy to be able to offer you a stay in our holiday apartments being built between 2003 and 2011.

You reach the apartments via terraced natural stone stairs. Complimentary air conditioning (hot and cold) is available in all accommodations.
The Property
This property is 10-13 minutes walk from the beach. Built on a hill above Parga, just 7-10 min walk (750m) from its centre, Residence La Scala is set within olive groves. Almost all rooms from their inside have panoramic views to the town from their, Ionian Sea, the islands of Paxoi and Antipaxoi, as well as the scenic town with its castle.
AmenitiesIncluding a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove and dishwasher, a satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, all studios at Residence la scala offer lots of space and light. Each accommodation is air conditioned, heated and equipped with a modern bathroom. Bed linen is also provided. Housekeeping and laundry service are offered twice a week.
